For those attending CJCP MUN, please remember to read the policies listed below!
​Where should delegates submit their position paper?
All delegates will be required to submit their position paper (PDF Format), to their respective Chairs by January 10th at 11:59 pm EST. Chair emails can be found in the committees section under their respective committees. Please submit the position paper in the format, Country-Committee-School.pdf
How is payment completed?
Within 3-5 business days of receiving your registration, you should receive an invoice from the CJCPMUNC. Any additional instructions will also be in the invoice. If you do not receive an invoice within that time frame, please email cjcpmunc@cjcollegeprep.org. If you need a tax form, or have any addition inquries, please email cjcpmunc@cjcollegeprep.org!
What should delegates wear?
All delegates are required to wear western formal business attire throughout the duration of the competition. Appropriate attire includes the following articles: blazers, collared shirts, blouses, cardigans, skirts, slacks, flats, dress shoes, and pantsuits.
What awards will be given to delegates?
After the final committee session, a closing ceremony will commence where the following committee-specific awards will be presented: Secretary-General, Outstanding Delegate, Honorable Delegate, and Position Paper!
What is the policy on technology?
This is a no-electronic conference. Phones, computers, tablets, and other electronic devices will be prohibited. Any form of technology, including AI, use during the conference will be confiscated and considered cheating. We encourage delegates to be well versed in their topic. Binders and folders with printed research are allowed. All directives will be handwritten and submitted to staff to be typed up.
Will there be food and snacks provided?
Delegate fees cover admission to the conference and lunch. In addition, our lovely staff will be selling snacks which delegates may purchase during the breaks in the committee!
